Overview

We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Customer Engagement Executive to support the CX function of Reed.ai. Your core focus will be increasing candidate uptake and engagement, ensuring employers are matched with high-quality, motivated candidates.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be speaking directly with candidates and employers, gathering feedback to improve the product, and working closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding platform experience.

What You'll Be Doing Customer & Candidate Experience
  • Respond to customer and candidate enquiries, resolving queries and managing complaints professionally.

  • Act as a key point of contact for users of the Reed.ai platform.

  • Collect, manage, and analyse feedback from employers and candidates, sharing insights with the product team to support ongoing improvements.

Improving Candidate Uptake & Engagement
  • Proactively contact candidates requested by employers, encouraging them to join and engage with the platform.

  • Source and identify relevant candidates using alternative and creative sourcing channels.

  • Develop and deliver outreach strategies to increase candidate sign-ups and engagement.

  • Guide candidates through the sign-up and onboarding journey, following up to ensure completion.

  • Monitor candidate activity and engagement, re-engaging inactive users where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to shape messaging and campaigns that attract high-quality candidates.

What We're Looking For
  • A proactive, positive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls and engaging directly with candidates.

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Able to think strategically while executing tactically.

  • Experience in a customer-facing, recruitment, or candidate engagement role is desirable (but not essential).
