Key Responsibilities:

- Microsoft Server Management: Maintain and optimise Microsoft Servers, ensuring seamless IT operations.

- Cloud Solutions: Manage and support cloud platforms such as Google Drive and OneDrive.

- Microsoft Office 365 Support: Provide comprehensive support for Office 365, addressing user issues and ensuring smooth functionality.

- Client Interaction: Offer both remote and on-site support to clients in the Southampton and Derby/Birmingham areas.

- Desktop support

Skills and Experience Required:

- Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing Microsoft Servers and providing IT support.

- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Google Drive and OneDrive.

- Office 365 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and its applications.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
