Role Overview:
As an Employee Experience Senior Principal at WM Reply, you will spearhead the strategic development, innovation, and delivery of our EE offerings, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge, user-centred digital workplace solutions. This role requires a blend of thought leadership, hands-on project execution, and active cross-functional collaboration to shape and evolve our EE proposition and drive internal capability growth. The position is suited to individuals who excel in dynamic environments, enjoy mentoring others, and are passionate about leveraging Microsoft technology, design, and strategy to create exceptional employee experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design, development, and continual refinement of the Employee Experience (EE) proposition, ensuring alignment with current and emerging digital workplace trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex EE projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality, user-centric outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate closely with BU Captains, capability leads, and partners such as Microsoft and Accelerator 365 to co-develop and integrate innovative workplace solutions.
- Drive presales activities, including client discovery, solution design, proposal development, and presentations, to support business growth and secure new opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments and leverage insights to inform solution enhancements and maintain the competitiveness of WM Reply's EE offerings.
- Mentor and upskill internal teams, fostering growth in technical capabilities related to Microsoft technologies, digital workplace design, and strategic delivery frameworks.
About the Candidate:
- Extensive experience leading digital workplace or employee experience projects, particularly within Microsoft 365 environments, with deep knowledge of platforms such as Viva, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Proven consultancy or agency background, including presales support, cost modelling, and client proposal development, as well as driving profitability through delivery frameworks and reusable assets.
- Skilled collaborator and mentor to cross-functional teams (UX, Creative, ACM, Project Management, Technology), with strong stakeholder management and communication abilities engaging both SLT and clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading client workshops, strategic reviews, C-suite engagements, migrations from legacy platforms to M365, and working within Microsoft and partner ecosystems.
- Confident representing WM Reply at external events and conferences, and experienced in contributing to marketing and thought leadership initiatives such as articles, webinars, and case studies.
- Strong familiarity with innovation and strategic practices, including hackathons, backlog prioritization, offer evolution, strategic account planning, and QBRs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Viva Suite, M365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, custom development), integration with third-party systems, AI-enabled solutions, and Agile/Scrum application lifecycle management.
