Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: On-site Hinckley, Leicestershire
£18.00 - £21.00 Per Hour (Monday to Thursday
Over-Time Available on a Friday (Paid at Time + 1/4 for 4 hours then time + 1/3 thereafter)
Any Weekend Work paid at Time + 1/2.
Shift Pattern - Monday to Thursday - 06:45 - 17:00 (Plus Over-time Available)
CNC Programmer Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. This hands-on role involves programming and setting HAAS Machines, ensuring parts are manufactured to high standards and tight tolerances.
CNC Programmer Key Responsibilities:
Programming and setting HAAS CNC Turning machines.
Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
Using a range of measuring equipment to ensure parts meet specification
Ensuring efficient setup and cycle times
Performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
CNC Programmer Requirements:
Proven experience programming and setting CNC Machines.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Confident using measuring tools (e.g. Vernier's, micrometers, gauges)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
