• ? Operate, set, and program CNC machines strong experience with XYZ using Siemens controls and programming in Fusion .
• ? Lead the dayshift team, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
• ? Perform quality checks and oversee routine machine maintenance.
• ? Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes for efficiency.

• ? Proven experience as a CNC Miller (programming, setting, operating).
• ? Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team.
• ? Solid understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
• ? Manual machining and basic welding skills are a plus.
