Senior Salesforce Administrator – Wolverhampton (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and elevate the customer experience across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll lead the development and execution of Salesforce strategies that foster retention, streamline processes, and deliver meaningful insights. You'll manage integrations, data quality, and reporting to support strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Salesforce team, driving a high-performance culture.
  • Define and execute Salesforce strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee system architecture, integration, and data quality across platforms such as Salesforce and IFS.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analytics, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Support customer journeys by improving communications through cost-effective channels (e.g., SMS, email).
  • Provide training, support, and promote continuous innovation across teams.

Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrable Salesforce Administration experience, ideally within dynamic, high-traffic Salesforce environments.
  • Proven record of managing and optimising Salesforce data, integrations, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation.
