The Opportunity

We're hiring our first Sales Development Representative. This is a foundational role reporting directly to the CEO. You won't just be generating leads; you'll own the entire journey from first contact through to onboarding.

Your mission: Using our own Genies and other tools where needed, identify companies that are the perfect fit, manage relevant activity at each pipeline stage and guide them into our one-month free trial. You'll be building the playbook as we scale, with direct impact on revenue and real influence on how we go to market.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Generation & Qualification

  • Research and identify high-potential B2B companies (UK and international) that match our ideal customer profile
  • Own and implement elements of our growth plan
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns using modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach
  • Qualify opportunities based on business fit, pain points, intent signals and readiness to adopt AI automation

Trial Conversion & Customer Success

  • Guide qualified prospects into our one-month free trial experience
  • Manage and optimise relevant sequences at each pipeline stage
  • Address objections, provide consultative guidance, and drive conversion to paid subscriptions
  • Build relationships with founders and senior decision-makers who value practical, results-driven solutions

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity records and KPI's in CRM
  • Track conversion metrics from initial contact through to subscription
  • Constantly identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO on refining messaging, positioning, and sales approach
  • Contribute insights from customer conversations to shape product and marketing strategy

Who You Are

Experience & Skills

  • 3 - 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, martech, or subscription-based services
  • Proven track record of hitting targets in an outbound-led environment
  • Comfortable engaging founders and senior stakeholders in consultative conversations
  • Confident using tools like Clay, CRM platforms, and modern sales tech
  • Strong communicator who can articulate value clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences
