Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in a full time hybrid role based in London. The role involves prospecting and engaging with potential clients, generating leads, qualifying sales opportunities, and setting outbound appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be brave, resilient and determined to progress through the promotional ladder. We aim to recruit high performers! Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of activities and customer information in the CRM system and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Cold Calling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to build relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in IT or technology sectors is an advantage
