Are you an experienced Software Trainer who enjoys not just delivering training, but designing it? Do you have hands-on experience training users on SaaS or CRM platforms and creating high-quality learning content that actually gets used?

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing Midlands-based Fintech business that is investing heavily in customer enablement and product adoption. Their globally used financial services platform continues to evolve, and they are now looking for an experienced Software Trainer to take ownership of training delivery and content creation across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has trained users on complex SaaS or CRM platforms and understands how adults learn software - not just how to demo it.

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in the Solihull office.

As a Software Trainer, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training across the company’s SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and product stakeholders to ensure users are confident, capable, and getting real value from the system.

This is not a pure delivery role - you’ll also play a key part in shaping the learning experience through content, documentation, and structured programmes.

• Deliver engaging software training sessions for customers and internal teams, both remotely and in person.
• Design and build structured training content, including onboarding materials, user guides, videos, and walkthroughs.
• Own and maintain training documentation, ensuring content stays aligned with product updates.
• Support customer onboarding by enabling users to adopt the platform effectively.
• Work closely with product, support, and customer success teams to understand platform changes and common user challenges.
• Gather feedback from training sessions and users to continuously improve learning materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the SaaS / CRM platform, translating technical functionality into clear, user-focused training.

• Proven experience as a Software Trainer, Application Trainer, or Product Trainer.
• Hands-on experience training users on SaaS platforms and/or CRM systems (essential).
• Strong background in building training content, documentation, and learning resources.
• Confident delivering training to a range of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the training function.
• A proactive, structured approach to learning design and continuous improvement.
