Commercial Account Manager
- Location: London (hybrid working between home and office)
- Contract: Full-time

- Manage the end-to-end relationship for partners who resell and whitelabel our software
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to deliver tailored solutions and customisations based on client requirements.
- Lead platform demo calls, providing hands-on support during the initial stages of a partner lifecycle.
- Manage a portfolio of key partners post-onboarding, driving product adoption and ensuring ongoing partner success.
- Conduct regular check-ins, including weekly calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), to monitor progress, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner support and strategic guidance.
- Proactively engage with partners to enhance their experience, particularly during critical early touchpoints.
- Work with tech, product, and commercial teams to coordinate and deliver new partnerships and integrations.
- Research market trends and manage commercial projects from planning to delivery.
- Develop and update decks, proposals, and other materials that support sales and partnerships.
- Lead and coordinate responses to tenders, RFPs, and other commercial submissions.
- Monitor and report on key commercial metrics to support growth and decision-making.
- Prior Commercial Experience: Experience in a similar role (Commercial, Account Management, Partner Success), with a strong track record of partner management.
- Exceptional Communication: Confident in leading conversations, simplifying technical concepts, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Relationship-Builder: Adept at building trust and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of business drivers, able to identify opportunities, draw insights from data, and contribute effectively to commercial initiatives.
- Problem Solver: Calm under pressure, with a natural ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges quickly.

Role Overview:

The company
The electric vehicle revolution needs to be accelerated to avoid climate disaster. Our mission is to get dirty petrol and diesel vehicles off our roads as quickly as possible and replace them with clean electric cars and vans.
What might surprise you is that the majority of electric vehicles are not bought by individuals, they're bought by companies. But these companies still face challenges as they electrify their vehicle fleet. Rightcharge removes these barriers to help them electrify faster.
Our core products today are the Rightcharge Card and Rightcharge Home Reimbursement. Combined, these two products give companies access to the largest aggregated network of public chargers in Europe (over 800,000 individual chargers), as well as the most sophisticated solution to accurately reimburse employees for charging their work vehicles at home.
Less than 18 months from launching our B2B product, we've signed up some of the UK's largest fleets including The AA, Stagecoach and Vinci. Our goal is to continue accelerating this growth, our brand, positioning, brand awareness, product awareness and channel strategy will play a huge role.
