Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment Operations Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The business has been profitable since it's inception back in 2020, and they are now doubling down on their non-sale function and want to get an expert in each field, but before they do that they need an Ops Manager/Director to manage and oversee these new areas of the business. The Recruitment Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, managing hiring processes, leading and supporting recruitment teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include optimizing recruitment strategies, mentoring team members, and delivering results-driven hiring solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management, including the ability to streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements.
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and Recruiting, with experience in Technical Recruiting being highly desirable.
- Proven ability in Team Management, fostering collaboration, and leading teams to achieve business goals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strategic mindset to improve recruitment workflows and build long-term success.
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a must
