Accounts Payable Supervisor

Robert Half are working with a fast-growing, globally recognised IT and SaaS business based in the City of London. They provide a market-leading data and intelligence platform, operating at the forefront of the sales technology space and operating across several countries.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a high-calibre Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance function.
Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will take onus in leading the AP function providing daily guidance and oversight. They will take on a number of key duties including:
- Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
- Lead, coach, and develop the AP team, managing workload and performance.
- Act as key contact for vendors, resolving invoice, payment, and reconciliation queries.
- Drive process improvements and support automation to improve efficiency and controls.
- Ensure accurate AP general ledger reconciliations and balance integrity.
- Produce AP reporting, including cash flow, ageing, and KPI analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit requirements.
- Partner with treasury, finance, and wider teams to streamline AP processes.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Accounts Payable Supervisor position should have the following:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar Senior Accounts Payable capacity.
- Prior experience in supervising junior members of staff.
- Strong practical experience in end-to-end AP processes & Expenses
- Evidence of process improvements and streamlining work.
- Previous experience using NetSuite would be highly advantageous.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
