  • Has a genuine interest in IT, telecoms and broadband technology

  • Maintains a positive mindset and a strong can-do attitude

The role

As an IT Field Engineer, you'll spend time visiting customer offices, activating and testing connectivity services, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and building management to coordinate access, carry out surveys and resolve issues professionally.

You'll receive structured training and ongoing coaching, giving you the tools and support to grow your technical knowledge and deliver work to a high standard.

What you'll be doing day to day
  • Visiting customer sites to activate services and resolve IT-related issues

  • Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on issues and ongoing support calls

  • Liaising with account managers and keeping customers updated on progress

  • Interest in telecoms, broadband and networking

  • Confidence using hand tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

  • Understanding of fibre, leased lines or business connectivity

  • A responsible, resilient attitude and a real drive to succeed

Why apply?
  • Join an ambitious company that's growing quickly

  • Work on varied sites across London

  • Gain hands-on experience and structured training in telecoms and IT

  • Be part of a supportive, energetic team where your contribution genuinely matters
