IT Technical Support Engineer
Robert Half Technology are assisting a Property Development business to recruit an IT Technical Support Engineer on a 6-month contract basis. Onsite 5 days per week - London.
Role-
Provide basic 1st line IT support to all staff, including senior management, ensuring smooth operation of systems and services across the business.

Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory issues, handling user requests and incidents efficiently.

Log, monitor, and manage IT incidents, requests, and changes, escalating where necessary and maintaining communication with end users and suppliers.

Assist with onboarding/offboarding, IT inductions, and user account management.

Support hardware and software needs, including laptops, mobiles, printers, and collaboration tools.

Maintain IT documentation, perform basic troubleshooting, and suggest process improvements to enhance IT service delivery.

1-3 years' experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, approachable and proactive.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.

The daily rate is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and training.
