Business Change Lead Workday Skills Cloud

We're supporting a large organisation undergoing a major HR digital transformation and are looking for a Business Change Lead to support the planning, implementation and adoption of Workday Skills Cloud.
This role is critical in ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for change, stakeholders are engaged, and the new platform delivers clear, measurable value.
The roleYou'll lead the change management workstream for the Workday Skills Cloud implementation, working closely with HR, Technology and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Designing and leading the change strategy aligned to business objectives

Engaging and influencing stakeholders across the organisation to drive adoption

Developing and executing clear communication plans throughout the programme

Overseeing training and enablement for end users and functional teams

Assessing organisational impact, risks and change readiness

Supporting benefits realisation and defining success metrics

Gathering feedback post-implementation and embedding continuous improvement

Proven experience in business change or change management, ideally within HR transformation

Implementation of Workday Skills Cloud (essential)
- Workday HR experience

Track record delivering change in complex, matrix organisations

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience supporting training design and delivery for system rollouts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Project management experience or qualifications are a plus
