Chief Technology Officer CTO
Robert Walters is working in partnership with a global technology business; they specialise in helping global enterprise sized businesses to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their processes. Through advanced tools and technology, they enable better oversight and streamlined operations for their clients.
They are keen to appoint an interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on a consultancy basis with a hybrid working model from the Birmingham offices. This is an Outside IR35 appointment.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Duties:
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director (MD) and key group stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct a thorough assessment to determine whether an insourced or outsourced model is most suitable for the organisation.
- Analyse/Evaluate the current technology function to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and align technology with business goals.
- Develop a clear, actionable roadmap outlining the future state of the organization's technology estate.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering similar projects for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Demonstrated ability to elevate a technology estate to meet evolving business needs and drive growth.
- Skilled in aligning technology strategies with overarching group objectives
The interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be on a consultancy basis and is an Outside IR35 appointment.
