Workday HRIS Officer - Fixed Term Contract
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for systems and data? We're looking for a proactive Workday HRIS Officer to support the implementation of Workday across an organisation.
This will be a 4 months contract with the possibility of being extended. Based in London on a hybrid basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a transformative HRIS project within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day implementation of the Workday HRIS system.
- Create and maintain training documentation and user guides.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to users.
- Identify and correct data gaps and discrepancies.
- Assist with updating HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and project meetings.
- Raise and manage change requests and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Proven experience in Workday HRIS implementation.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Strong HR knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Confident, assertive, and results-oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
