Key Role Responsibilities

  • Own a desk-based portfolio of 20 active trade customers with consistent spend history.
  • Develop account plans to identify upsell opportunities and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Track market and vendor trends to proactively recommend timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processes and enhance client service.
  • Support forecasting and renewals to maintain and grow account value.

Key Attributes Required

  • Experience in channel account management, ideally from a distributor or reseller.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
  • Ability to spot and act on opportunities across vendor offerings and IT categories.
