Key Role Responsibilities
- Own a desk-based portfolio of 20 active trade customers with consistent spend history.
- Develop account plans to identify upsell opportunities and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Track market and vendor trends to proactively recommend timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processes and enhance client service.
- Support forecasting and renewals to maintain and grow account value.
Key Attributes Required
- Experience in channel account management, ideally from a distributor or reseller.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
- Ability to spot and act on opportunities across vendor offerings and IT categories.
