Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the acquisition of new commercial clients through consultative, value-led selling.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing pipeline, from initial outreach through to contract close.
  • Develop tailored VAR and IT solutions aligned to client needs – from infrastructure to Microsoft cloud offerings.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, procurement, and service delivery teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Consistently meet or exceed gross profit targets and KPIs.

Key Attributes Required:

  • 3+ years' experience in IT VAR/reseller sales with a strong track record of new business development.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technology stacks, including licensing and cloud solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex solution sales cycles and engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and working in data-driven sales environments.
