The ideal candidate

I am looking to speak with either:

  1. Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants looking to move into a Delivery role (180/270)
  2. Experienced Delivery Consultants who want a more challenging, rewarding and commercial desk with a high volume of high commitment, well qualified roles.
  3. Experienced ‘in-house’ tech recruitment consultants who are interested in agency side, and spearheading large scale projects at pace.

You must have at least 1 year of experience, and candidates with up to circa 5 years of experience have been budgeted for.

You must have:

  • An absolutely watertight recruitment process
  • Excellent talent sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Strong candidate and process management
  • An in-depth understanding of the full end to end recruitment process
  • The ability to pick up very complex technical roles
  • Evidence of effectively juggling multiple processes in tandem
  • Incredibly Organised
  • Able to track and collate date for project updates
  • A team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Problem solver and quick thinker
  • Motivated by success and financial reward
  • Prioritising your career growth and committed to project success.
  • A technical recruitment background is a strong advantage
  • Other professional recruitment background such as finance, life sciences, energy, engineering and infrastructure are useful
  • Knowledge of Public Sector recruitment practices a strong advantage
  • Smart, commercially aware and bored by mediocracy.

The Logistics:

  • Office based in Borough, onsite 4 days a week
  • Base salary from £30-50k + uncapped commission
