As a Business Systems & Reporting Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and maintaining existing business systems, including ERP, BI, PIM, and integrations
- Developing and maintaining operational and management reports
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues across multiple platforms
- Assisting with data integrity checks and ad-hoc analysis
- Collaborating with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth system performance
As a Business Systems & Reporting Specialist, your experience will include:
- Strong experience in business systems support and reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and queries
- Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools (dashboard design essential)
- Understanding of integration tools and data flows
Desirable:
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to API integrations and automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
