Reports to: Supervisor, Research & Intelligence Services OperationsHours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - FridayLocation: London (with support for Luxembourg and Asia offices)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electronic Resources Coordinator to join a Research & Intelligence Services (RIS) department. As a key member of the Electronic Operations team, you will provide essential operational support across the London, Luxembourg, and Asia offices. This role focuses on managing electronic resource workflows, subscription renewals, and user access, while also overseeing print and circulation services in the London office.

Working closely with the Operations Supervisor and the London-based Research Specialist, you will ensure that both electronic and print resources are accurately maintained and readily accessible to attorneys and business services teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and renewal of electronic research resources, ensuring accurate user access and permissions.
  • Respond to attorney and staff inquiries, troubleshooting access issues in collaboration with IT, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage global user lists and track licenses for electronic resources.
  • Oversee print and circulation workflows in the London office, including mail handling, acquisitions, and collection updates.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain up-to-date and accessible print and electronic collections.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of renewals, vendor communications, and contract details.
  • Ensure data accuracy in SharePoint records and assist with usage and renewal reporting.
  • Collaborate with the RIS team to streamline workflows and promote consistent global practices.
  • Partner with the Research Specialist to align processes and share knowledge across regions.
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required.
