Client Administrator

One of our clients based in Maidenhead within the technology industry are looking for an Client Administrator to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time, fully office-based position within a small, independent company where you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the client services team
  • Managing client communications via phone and email
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records
  • Coordinating appointments and follow-ups
  • Assisting with reports, documentation, and general office duties

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administration or client support experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
