We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in a leading professional services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving and delivering exceptional technical support in a fast-paced setting.

The Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all things tech in the London office. Working closely with a global operations centre. To ensure seamless IT service delivery and act as the vital link between local users and international teams. Your focus will be on resolving issues quickly and effectively and especially when client work is impacted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve IT incidents, keeping users informed throughout.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and desktops (including re-imaging and replacements).
  • Support iPhones via MDM solutions like InTune.
  • Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow, following ITIL processes.
  • Diagnose root causes using tools such as Nexthink.
  • Provide expert advice on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams) and document management systems like NetDocs.
  • Assist with video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with NOC teams on servers and network hardware.
  • Administer the office phone system (Teams).
  • Escalate security issues and manage software whitelisting.
  • Support printers, copiers, and scanners, and coordinate reprographics tasks.
About You
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid desktop support experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of document management systems (NetDocuments, iManage, or similar).
  • Experience supporting iPhones and MDM solutions (InTune).
  • Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, Poly).
  • Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MOS are desirable.
  • Degree-level education and experience with Dell hardware.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Flexible for occasional travel and participation in an on-call rota.
