An award-winning IT & VoIP solutions provider supporting a growing client base across London and the South is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join its expanding team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, field-based role providing onsite IT support to customers across London and surrounding areas. You’ll act as a key escalation point, delivering high-quality 1st/2nd line support while ensuring SLAs and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support to customers across London & the South

Resolve escalated technical issues and deliver excellent customer service

Support Windows Server & Desktop environments (Windows 10/11, Server 2008–2022)

Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Office applications

Support networking, connectivity, firewalls, switches & routers

Manage tickets, documentation, and client communication

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in 1st Line IT Support (2nd Line desirable)

Strong Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 experience

Networking and connectivity knowledge

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

Full UK driving licence required

MSP experience highly desirable
