Vena Planning- System Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Interim Vena Implementation Lead to support a large, complex, multi-site service organisation based in Birmingham.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of Vena across the finance function, working closely with senior finance stakeholders, FP&A teams, and operational users to ensure a successful rollout and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Vena across a multi-entity environment
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, and operational teams to design planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage data integration, model build, testing, and go-live
- Provide hands-on training and post-implementation support
- Act as the finance transformation lead for planning and performance management
Key requirements
- Proven hands-on experience implementing Vena (essential)
- Background in large, multi-site organisations, ideally within a service-based environment
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting process knowledge
- Ability to operate in an interim, delivery-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management skills at senior finance level
