£65,000–£75,000 base | £130,000–£150,000 OTE (uncapped) + Equity

📍 London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)

We’re supporting a high-performing, investor-backed software company that’s expanding its commercial team in London. The business is already well-established in its space, has a strong customer footprint across the UK and internationally, and is entering a new phase of growth following recent VC backing!

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced SaaS seller who enjoys working in a high-expectation environment, thrives on ownership, and wants to sell a product that genuinely delivers value.

You’ll be selling a modern, cloud-based platform used by commercial teams to make smarter decisions, move faster, and gain clearer visibility into key business priorities. The platform has a clear value proposition, strong customer outcomes, and a roadmap that continues to strengthen its position in the market.

🔥 What you’ll be doing

You’ll run full-cycle sales, owning complex opportunities from discovery through to close. This includes:

  • Managing a mix of enterprise and upper mid-market deals
  • Building pipeline through a combination of outbound, inbound, and partner-led activity
  • Running structured discovery, demos, and stakeholder presentations (remote + in-person)
  • Navigating multi-threaded deal cycles involving finance, procurement and legal
  • Forecasting accurately and executing a clear plan to exceed targets
  • Working closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to drive growth
  • Acting as a high-standard contributor in a scaling sales team

What They’re looking for

This role suits someone who is commercial, structured, and competitive - with a strong record of closing meaningful SaaS deals.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Proven experience exceeding quota in SaaS / technology sales
  • Strong deal ownership and confidence selling into senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple decision makers
  • A value-led approach to selling (ROI, business case, outcomes)
  • Comfortable working in a high-accountability environment
