Business Solutions Manager

We're supporting a high-growth Scaleup that is modernising how finance and operational workflows run in the insurance world!

They're looking for a Business Solutions / Implementation Manager who loves working at the intersection of client needs, product capability and successful delivery. If you enjoy digging into business requirements, mapping processes, shaping end-to-end solution designs and then seeing them come to life during implementation, this role will be a great match.

What you'll be doing

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with insurance clients

• Shape detailed solution designs, documentation and data mapping

• Act as the subject matter expert throughout implementation

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and prioritisation

• Own onboarding success and support long-term client adoption

What we're looking for

• Strong background in the insurance industry is essential

• Experience delivering or implementing software platforms for insurance finance workflows

• Comfortable translating business requirements into clear solution blueprints

• Stakeholder-facing and confident leading demos and discussions

• Process-minded, hands-on and delivery-focused
