DevOps Engineer – AWS – SC Cleared We are looking for two hands-on DevOps Engineers with strong AWS expertiseto design and build platforms that enable data platforms and data-sharing  systems at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of cloud engineering, data, and automation.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AWS-based infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
• Build and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes for data platform components.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and security through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Security teams to align infrastructure with data platform requirements.
• Support data sharing systems, ensuring secure and compliant data exchange across internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with building and managing platforms for data-intensive applications.
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS).
• Understanding of networking, security, and IAM in AWS.
• Experience supporting data platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, streaming systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

• Exposure to data governance and compliance in cloud environments.
