Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission

Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on candidate sourcing, identifying and engaging high-quality talent for client roles. Over time, you’ll progress into a full 360° role, including:

• Developing and managing client relationships
• Winning new business and growing your desk
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Managing your own candidate pipeline and market niche
