Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Tech Sales Focus

Location: London

Salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k in Year 1)

The Role:

• Winning new business and expanding client relationships
• Hunting for exceptional candidates through networking and proactive sourcing
• Reviewing CVs and assessing suitability
• Managing interviews, feedback and offers
• Taking full ownership of deals from start to finish
• Representing our brand with professionalism and commercial sharpness

We’re looking for:

• At least 6 months in a target-driven sales or commercial role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Competitive personality with resilience and ambition
• Well-organised with a proactive mindset
• Interest in technology and innovation is beneficial
