Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Location: London

Salary: £27,000–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k in Year 1)

The Role:

You will apply your sales skills to a consultative position, working closely with technology professionals and hiring managers. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you will manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively developing new client relationships through business development
• Sourcing and engaging skilled technology candidates
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
• Managing negotiations, offers, and placements
• Working towards clearly defined targets and performance goals

About You:

• At least 6 months’ experience in a sales or target-driven role
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• An interest in technology is advantageous but not essential
