Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting top candidates.
• Writing job adverts and screening CVs.
• Preparing candidates for interviews.
• Managing the full recruitment process from introduction to offer.
• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
• Negotiating offers and closing placements.

• Degree educated (2:2 or above) preferred but not essential.
• Sales or commercial experience desirable but not required.

Package & Incentives

• Basic Salary: £27,000 – £26,000
• Year 1 OTE: £40,000+
• Year 2 OTE: £65,000+
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000+
