Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: City of London Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission Earnings: £40,000+ in Year 1 | £70,000+ by Year 3

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect exceptional tech talent with some of the world’s most innovative companies — from start-ups to global leaders in software, data and digital.

You’ll be trained to manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing candidates, developing client relationships, arranging interviews and closing placements. Your success will depend entirely on your drive, determination and ability to build strong relationships.

• Build and manage client relationships within the technology sector

• Identify, interview and match candidates to live opportunities

• Write and advertise job postings to attract top talent

• Negotiate offers and close successful placements

• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets

• Recent graduate (2:2 or higher) in any discipline

• Ambitious, confident and resilient under pressure

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with a strong work ethic

• Sales, customer service or sporting background advantageous

• £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

• Realistic Year 1 OTE £40,000+; Year 3 OTE £70,000+
