Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Technology Sector

Location: City of London Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission Earnings: £40,000+ Year 1 | £70,000+ Year 3

This is a full 360° recruitment position, meaning you’ll manage the entire process: sourcing candidates, winning clients, running interviews, negotiating offers and closing deals. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities and rewards.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the technology sector

• Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre tech professionals

• Writing engaging job adverts and marketing live roles

• Managing interviews, offers and negotiations

• Working towards and exceeding performance targets

• Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any discipline)

• Driven, confident and eager to learn

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Resilient, competitive and motivated by success

• Experience in sales, customer service or sport is beneficial but not essential

• £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

• Realistic OTE £40,000+ in Year 1, £70,000+ in Year 3
