Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE (Year 1): £40,000+

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates within data and analytics disciplines
• Developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships
• Managing vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting offer negotiations
• Building market knowledge to become a specialist consultant

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Well organised with a proactive approach
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Sales or commercial experience advantageous
• Driven by career progression and financial reward
