Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Technology – London

The Role

You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, including:

• Sourcing and engaging technology professionals
• Writing job adverts and screening CVs
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
• Negotiating offers and closing placements

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates (degree preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicators with strong people skills
• Driven, target-focused and competitive individuals
• Organised, resilient and keen to learn
• Interest in technology or previous sales/customer-facing experience is beneficial
