What You’ll Be Doing- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within Data & Analytics
- Building relationships with clients across tech, digital and data-driven sectors
- Managing the recruitment process from search to placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
- Growing your market knowledge to become a true specialist
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, target-driven mindset
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Degree preferred but not essential
- Sales or commercial experience is a bonus
- Motivated by both personal development and financial reward
- Uncapped commission – realistic earnings of £100,000+ by year three
