Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

First-Year OTE: £40,000+

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Identify and engage top talent across data and analytics markets
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing to placement
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage offer negotiations
• Develop in-depth market knowledge to become a specialist

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
• Organised with a proactive mindset
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Sales or commercial experience beneficial
• Motivated by performance, progression, and financial reward

• Uncapped commission with realistic £100,000+ earnings by year three
