Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission

First-Year OTE: £40,000+

No previous recruitment experience is required. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing support, and a clear progression path in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source and engage candidates across data, analytics, and technology markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing to placement
• Prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers
• Develop specialist market knowledge and commercial expertise

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
• Organised with a proactive mindset
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Sales or commercial experience is an advantage
• Motivated by career progression and financial reward

• Uncapped commission with realistic £100,000+ earning potential by year three
