The Global Data and Analytics team provides centralized support for Data & Analytics capabilities throughout the SAGE enterprise. Our dynamic team manages our global data warehouse, enabling self-service analytics using scalable business intelligence solutions. We standardise and consolidate customer data to support marketing activities and analysis. We maintain and grow a suite of data products used by the entire enterprise for data-driven decision making.

Could you be our new Product Owner? Are you?
- Experienced as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, working with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to deliver scalable and secure data solutions
- Experienced in Master Data Management or Customer Data Platform implementation
- Proficient in querying and analyzing data using SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- A critical thinker who can identify and investigate business problems
- Able to communicate effectively to ensure transparency and alignment between teams and stakeholders globally.
- Passionate about data & analytics.
- Willing to take initiative while also seeking guidance and advice from team leaders.
- Able to learn new domains quickly in a complex ecosystem
- A trusted advisor to stakeholders across all levels of the business to deliver on their data needs
You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to develop a new data product serving marketing, analytical and research integrity needs:
- Define and communicate product goals aligned with strategic objectives.
- Create, prioritise and maintain a transparent, prioritised product backlog with stakeholders and technical partners.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into user stories for data products.
- Partner with other Product Owners and Managers to deliver cross-roadmap projects.
- Empower, encourage, and mentor teams, fostering continuous learning and process improvement.
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with 2 additional floating personal days.
