Senior Growth Marketing Manager B2B SaaS (Remote, UK-Based)
A fast-growing Series A SaaS provider is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable impact across the customer journey. This role is central to scaling awareness, acquisition, and revenue, with a focus on performance, experimentation, and continuous optimisation.
The Opportunity
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that attract the right audience, optimise conversion funnels, and deliver clear returns on marketing investment. As part of a collaborative team, youll be building systems, delivering campaigns and insights that shape how the business grows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic channels (e.g. LinkedIn ads, email, etc.)
- Optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels, from first touch to demo booked
- Develop and distribute content (e.g. webinars, landing pages, gated assets, nurture emails) that capture demand and convert leads
- Run experiments and A/B tests to improve messaging, landing pages, and CTAs
- Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with product, sales, and wider marketing to align campaigns with launches and revenue goals
- Work with sales on vertical marketing in sequences, account-based marketing, and related initiatives
What youll bring
- 5+ years experience in growth or demand generation marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and optimising for customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with funnel metrics and conversion optimisation
- Ability to craft content that generates demand and drives conversion
- Experience with attribution models and pipeline measurement
- Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and solve problems
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have
- Background in high-growth or early-stage SaaS or FinTech businesses
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and Webflow CMS
- Experience using workflow tools such as Zapier, Claude, and N8N
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Clay, sales engagement platforms, and GTM engineering
- Exposure to account-based marketing programmes
