Healthcare IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to join on a short-term contract to deliver two concurrent healthcare IT projects. This role requires strong delivery focus, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a technical healthcare environment.

• Medilogik Improvements
• Ultralinq
  • HL7 reporting
  • Worklists implementation and enhancements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of two parallel projects within agreed timelines
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders
• Ensure HL7-related deliverables are clearly defined and delivered
• Provide regular status reporting and clear communication to stakeholders
• Drive delivery outcomes in a fast-paced contract environment

Essential Experience

• Healthcare systems experience
• Technical background or strong technical understanding
• Familiarity with HL7, clinical systems, or healthcare reporting tools
• Experience working with platforms such as Medilogik or Ultralinq
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within IT or digital projects
• Strong delivery experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to start quickly and deliver value with minimal ramp-up time
