Senior Principal Recruiter – Product

This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, not an internal Talent Acquisition or HR position.

Candidates without the following experience will not be considered:

  • Currently in a 360 role in agency
  • Currently specialising in the Product & UX niche
  • Currently responsible for new business development

This is a hands-on, client-facing sales role where you will run your desk like your own business. We’ll provide the brand, the tools, and a warm network of clients; you bring the drive, the sales acumen, and the ambition to dominate the market.

Your Mission (What You'll Do):

  • Win New Business: Proactively hunt and win new clients through strategic business development, cold calling, and networking. This is a sales-first role.
  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full 360 billing process from start to finish. You will be responsible for originating new job orders and sourcing the candidates.
  • Build Your Desk: Develop and expand your own client portfolio within the high-growth Product Design & UX sectors, billing consistently at a high level.
  • Headhunt & Close: Source, engage, and manage top-tier niche candidates for your clients, managing the process from interview to offer and negotiation.
  • Own Your P&L: Drive revenue for your desk, focusing on high-margin business and contributing to team growth.

Who We're Looking For (The 360 Profile):

  • Agency Experience is Essential: 4+ years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant from a recruitment agency (not internal).
  • A Verifiable Billing Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate a consistent history of personal billing and revenue generation. We want to see your success.
  • A "Hunter" Mentality: You are a natural salesperson who genuinely enjoys the thrill of winning new clients and is resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Commercial Acumen: You are target-driven, money-motivated, and understand how to build a profitable recruitment desk.
  • Specialist Knowledge: A background in recruiting for Product & UX focused roles is required, this is a specialist role and will require you to be the master of this sector. You will be asked for a full billing history during the process.
