The opportunity

What we’re looking for
To join Harnham as an experienced consultant, you’ll need:
- Proven experience running a 360 agency desk
- A track record of cold business development and candidate delivery
- Experience billing in either permanent or contract recruitment
- Confidence owning client relationships and growing accounts
We’ll tailor your entry level based on experience, revenue history and KPIs, ensuring you join at the right level with the right expectations, not shoe-horned into a generic title.
