We're hiring: Customer Success Lead - UK

£60,000

3-4 days a week in London

My client is on a mission to reinvent business banking in the UK Backed by top global VCs and fresh from transforming payments, they are now expanding into the UK and need a Customer Success Lead to shape the journey.

You'll:

  • Build & lead their UK Customer Success team

  • Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention

  • Drive regulatory excellence (FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR)

  • Be the voice of the customer across the business

You are:

  • 5+ yrs in fintech/financial services success or account mgmt

  • Experienced team leader

  • Strong communicator & problem solver

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
