Head of Service Delivery
Head of Service Delivery or Head of Service Management. ITIL Accredited. Umbrella Engagement. 3 days on site at Client Head Office.
Must hold ITIL V3 / V4 Accreditations and be Customer Centric / Focussed. The successful candidate will need to have managed Service Management Teams - eg Problem, Change, Configuration, Supplier Management, Service Desks within a Fast Paced SME Organisation.
Must have outstatanding Managerial skills. Potential for a long term engagement.
