My client are advancing next-generation therapeutic antibody discovery using automation & AI.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work with scientists, data scientists and software engineers to build tools and data services that automate experiments and scale scientific data processing.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Data Engineer:

• Develop robust, secure data pipelines supporting experimental workflows.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with lab teams to understand data requirements.
• Support and improve ELN/LIMS systems for reliable data capture.
• Partner with Data Scientists to productionise machine-learning workflows.

Experience Required:

• Strong Python and SQL skills
• DBT experience is essential
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Proven ability to build ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate diverse data sources.
• Familiarity with relational database design.
