Deliver value to customers by analysing requirements and configuring software solutions in a global, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end software implementations with cross-functional teams.

• Gather client requirements, configure and test solutions, and resolve issues.

• Deliver product demonstrations and user training.

• Manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams on implementations and pre-sales support.

• Interest in software implementation and configuration.

• Basic coding knowledge with a willingness to learn.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
