NEW CONTRACT ROLE - D365 Consultant (Sales and CRM), FULLY REMOTE, ASAP START, OUTSIDE IR35
THE OPPORTUNITY
Currently looking for a mid-senior level Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong experience across D365 Sales and CRM, to support an upcoming client engagement.
This opportunity will suit someone comfortable operating at both technical and stakeholder-facing levels, with experience advising clients on D365 implementations, ideally within B2B environments.
THE ROLE
You will act as a Dynamics 365 subject-matter expert, supporting early-stage client conversations and helping to shape and articulate the proposed solution approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on Dynamics 365 Sales and CRM capabilities aligned to client needs.
- Helping position implementation approaches, best practices, and delivery considerations.
- Translating business requirements into high-level D365 solution concepts.
- Supporting stakeholder discussions with a consultative, solution-focused mindset.
- Contributing to delivery / project execution
TECHNICAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and CRM.
- Proven background in D365 implementation and execution.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions in a clear, commercial manner.
- Experience working in B2B system environments.
- Confident supporting pre-sales or early engagement discussions.
Desirable:
- Previous experience supporting discovery phases.
- Broader Dynamics 365 ecosystem knowledge.
- Knowledge of integrations between D365, marketing platforms, and data sources
- Consulting or contract-based delivery background.
